Bear Family Tribute Art

We're big fans of Bear Family Records and we decided to do an internal tribute logo and packaging concept to celebrate our love of the label. Our concept was based around recovering lost and damaged reels of music, and repackaging them into limited edition CD and vinyl collections.

Since Bear Family Records has reputation and history with all types of classic collectible music, we went in the direction of a shield for the logo. Our version of the Bear Family Records logo envisioned the bear as a protector of sound (the thunder bolt) and collector of formats (record under the arm) of all classic music.
